I love acting, and voice acting has long fascinated me. Today, a few hours after my last class of grad school, I got to fulfill a long-held voice acting dream that I didn't really know I had.
I got to scream. An all-out, blood-curdling, horror movie scream. In a sound booth. With headphones. I used my big old singing lungs and let loose; the recording engineer modulated the scream up a bit so that it was both deep (I'm an alto) and high.
I don't know why this was so great. But clearly, I was excited about it from the get go: this photo was taken before I'd even done anything!
